This is a wonderful find. Whilst removing a feral hive near Germantown, my grandson, upon looking at the honey we were retrieving, exclaimed, "This honey is red" Indeed it was and he named it Red Honey Surprise. ... It immediatly hits the tongue with ROSEHIPS... Then it finishes with BARLEY.... It is very viscous and will make an excellent sweetener.  Its deep red hue is sure to please the eye and not disappoint your quest for unique flavors.
