BOURBON BARREL HONEY !!!

After 4 LONG MONTHS in the Blue Note Bourbon barrel.... all 38 gallons have been put in 5 gallon pails and now the labels will get finished and bottled !!! This honey is utterly AMAZING !! Not to play on words, but ..... just WOW!!! I believe this will sell out fast. There will be approximately 300 bottles..

This deep delicious honey is well worth the wait. Excellent in a variety of recipes. ( Even on ice cream... !!!!! ) yummmmmmmm......
